Please go to the following link to download the software, then install it on your computer. http://www.flvsoft.com/download_flv/ Once you have install the software, please do the following: (1) Launch the Moyea YouTube downloader (2) Locate the video from the You Tube that you would like to download (3) Copy that link to the Moyea YouTube downloader, then click on "start" to download (4) Then you can change the "file name" and "save as" a different file. Please use "English" as the file name. I tried it in Chinese characters , it did not work. Once you have downloaded the video from the YouTube.
